I read something amazing about the way Tony totally re-invented the way his telephone operators worked at Zappos, that shows you can re-invent yourself (or your business), break all the molds and achieve greatness. Since the inception of telephone ordering centers the model had always been to establish guide lines and goals and hold operators to these goals.
