The perfect scoot about town car, especially if you don’t often take on more than one or two passengers, don’t go on many 1000 mile road trips, the Mini Cooper may be just what you bargain for! It’s a throwback to the classic British classic, that was made from 1959 to 2000.The 2007 Mini Cooper is a compact car that seats four. Pop the hood and find a turbo charged, 1.6 liter inline 4 outputting 172 HORSEPOWER (118 in the non S version) , mated to the six speed manual transmission, and a six speed steptronic automatic with manual mode is optional across the board. Getting into the Mini, is surprisingly easy, even for this 6ft2in driver, and once inside you’ll see that you’re not above the road, you’re really one with the road, nearly at eye level of pedestrians, it’s likely to bring about your most courteous driving.
The Cooper S scores good marks for safety, tight handling, with good feedback, fit and finish, and great lines, inside and out.
Initially all the toggle switches and knobby knobs were interesting, but we could see how after the initial view, they could turn to be more cutesy. The interior styling is reminiscent of the UK mini that it’s based on.
The Mini Cooper is perfect for the city driver, who goes on the occasional road trip out of town, and loves to zoom about town. The Cooper S is a little firecracker!!
How compact? Friends over 5′11, on long road trips, in the back seat aren’t a great combination. For everyday commuting and the like, you’ll find comfortable seating, even for this 6ft2in driver.
The Mini Cooper dishes out a VICERAL driving experience that you’ll be hard pressed to match, and with the long list of options it’s easy to make any Cooper your own!

Once you start customizing the car, you can easily hit $30,000. to even $40,000. but it’s better suited to be the basic car that it excels at being.
